By way of introduction and as my first post, I am an aviation nut. Note the use of the word "nut" and not anorak!! I love most things aviation related, but particularly the art of flying itself.

I passed my PPL (Private Pilot Licence) in April 2004 and have experienced so many things since that I would otherwise have not been fortunate enough to do. I have also made many new friends.

As time goes on I will update this blogger with experiences of my flying.

Additionally I am also into bikes, though tend to be a fair weather rider these days rather than subjecting myself to the UK winter weather!!
